• Payment Details: Final payment is required 14 days in advance. For last-minute bookings, full payment is due at the time of reservation.
• Travel Policy: We cover events within a 75-mile radius of Elmswell, Bury St. Edmunds (IP30 9EH). The first 30 miles are included in your package; additional mileage is charged at £0.65 per mile.
• Changes and Cancellations: Date changes must be requested in writing at least 28 days in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations may incur fees as per our Terms of Service.
